Analysis:
It may have taken him four years to realize it, but McCamey is now playing like an elite point guard prospect. His combination of size, shooting, passing and handle is not matched by any other player in the 2011 Draft. This season he has demonstrated a poise and control we have not seen before leading the Illini in points and assists. McCamey is no question the second best pure point guard in this draft class, but is overshadowed by younger flashier projects. If he tightens up his defense, McCamey is a lottery pick.
