i really had to look at this again, like he should b n the top 5 he’s a lot better than the ppl u got up here… i will guarantee that the players themselves will tell u he should b up there…come on u gotta do better researcher, are u just a flat out hater…….
Joe Ragland is one of the best guards in the country his game is complete and he can fill it up with a better shooting percentage than any guard up there, he was the engine that ran Wichita State and they were a top 15 team at the end of the season. This kid is the most underrated player in the country hands down.

I agree Joe Ragland is very much underrated, and someone isn’t taking a close enough look at this kid. Let’s take the blinders off people, he should at least be in the top 5 without a doubt!!!
