With a transfer from Washington to Texas A&M Turner gets a second chance at showing his talents. He is known as a big-time shooter and can score out to NBA range with the three. In a limited role at Washington he proved the ability to do a little bit of everything and he is doing the same with more minutes at Texas A&M. In his first two years in college he played 13-15 minutes a night and with the Aggies he will be on the court 27-33 minutes a night easily. As an athlete Turner has an NBA body built with adequate strength, speed and length. He can be a very good defender in passing lanes as well as in man-to-man coverage.

Playing next to star Khris Middleton will allow Turner to show his strengths and continue to develop through the season.
